SUPPORT RATES WITHOUT SUPPORT PLANS
ONSITE SUPPORT
No-contract support rates start at $75/hour for the first hour. *
REMOTE SUPPORT
No-contract support rates start at $65/hour for the first hour. **
- The fine print
* Onsite support includes travel time within 15 minute radius of Boiling Springs. Rates beyond this can be discussed when you call.
** Remote support requires you to have a working high-speed Internet connection on the supported computer.
